What an amazing funeral directors John and Julie are, I’ve used them on 2 occasions now and couldn’t think of ever using anyone else. The send off for Brian was absolutely incredible. From the first time John and Julie came out on the saddest day of our lives they treat us with warmth, kindness and respect. They took everything we wanted on board and went above and beyond to make the funeral one to remember. It may have been the saddest day, however it was a day no one will ever forget. From the tiny touching details to the video making. They’re always available for anything you need answering. They made this whole funeral so easy. I can’t thank them enough. I have and always will continue to recommend.

The loss of a loved one is extremely hard but it helps if you receive care and support at this time. In this regard, as a family, we were so grateful for the help of John and Julie. They guided us through the process and came up with useful suggestions on setting up the funeral arrangements. Everyone we spoke to afterwards were complimentary on the service, in particular, the video of a life well spent by dad (jack). Our thanks to John and Julie for making a difficult day bearable and providing our family with memories of dad which will never go away.

We all know that death is inevitable but when it happens to one of our loved ones our world falls apart, our hearts break and we are left feeling devastated and lost. Julie and John at Delanoy funeral services were there for us at this most terrifying time to help us with our loss and sort out the funeral of our dad with love, care and empathy. Julie and John treated our dad like one of their own family and we could not have put our trust in any one better. They looked after my dad and saw that he was treated in death, with the respect that he deserved. They nurtured my bereaved mum and our family with kindness, patience and the utmost professionalism. They took time to explain procedures and gave us options in how we wanted to celebrate the life of our dad and honour his memory. Everything was taken care of and we knew what to expect at all times. Julie and John went over and above to ensure that dad’s service was a testimonial to the life he lived and even organised a bespoke floral tribute to reflect his love of gardening. Although our hearts were breaking, Julie and John were there to kindly support us through this difficult time and ensure that our final goodbye to him was perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart Julie and John, our family will never forget the love and support you showed us when we didn’t know where to turn.

I would highly recommend Delanoy funeral services, Julie, John and the team went above and beyond for my mams funeral the detail and the extent they go to is amazing. Nothing was a problem and always happy to answer calls and texts when we needed them.
Our tribute video and street footage are amazing keepsakes and detail again was just something else not forgetting Julie and John travelling to my mams favourite place in the Lakes to make our video that extra special.
